Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the premises. Failed access may result in additional charges.

Safety and Compliance

All work is carried out by qualified Gas Safe engineers and complies with UK gas safety regulations. Certificates are issued following inspection if appliances are compliant.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing issues, indirect damages, or delays beyond our control (weather, third-party failure, etc.).
